Terms of use

This website is free to use. These terms say what you may do with what is on it, what we promise, and what we do not.

The show and the site

NWA Founders is a podcast hosted by Cameron Clark and Nick Beyer. The episodes, the transcripts, the written summaries and the artwork on this site belong to NWA Founders or to the people who made them. Guests' words are their own. You are welcome to listen, read, search, quote short passages with a link back, and share links to any page. Please do not republish whole episodes or transcripts, or use the show's name or artwork to suggest an endorsement, without asking first.

Our own apps

We run small programs that publish the show's own clips and read the show's own statistics on the show's own accounts. The programs that schedule clips and read statistics on the show's YouTube channel use YouTube API Services. They act only on accounts that belong to NWA Founders, they post nothing on anyone else's behalf, and they collect no information about listeners. What this site itself stores or sends is described on the privacy page.

Video

Videos on this site play through YouTube's embedded player. By watching them you also agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service.

Forms

When you nominate a founder, ask about sponsoring, or send a message, we keep what you typed so the hosts can follow up. Send only what you are happy for us to keep, and nothing that belongs to someone else.

What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is, and we are not responsible for the content of sites we link to. Guests speak from their own experience; nothing on the show is financial, legal or professional advice.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the site changes; the current version is always this page, and it was last updated on . Questions about them go through the contact page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

The site uses open-source software and fonts, each under its own license; their notices are in one plain text file.
